We develop a program around your body and create and exercise plan that would work best for you.

By working one-on-one with the instructor and receiving more detailed instruction than you would in a group class, you may see results faster.

RESTORE

Being able to move again and “work out” after an injury is critical for both your body and your mind. Further avoiding injury during your sessions is also key as you strengthen.

You can progress from basic movements to very advanced, depending on how a patient needs to progress or how badly they are injured.

During your 55 minute rehabilitative sessions, the emphasis is placed on understanding the proper mechanics of movement and empowers you through control and engagement.

The hands-on work doesn’t stop at just the moves, we consider your fascia, nervous system and causes of inflammation.
